Having grown up on the Central Coast of NSW, Josh Melbourne has moved to the Coffs Coast to join The ONE Team. Josh specialises in residential and holiday property management. He has spent the last few years in Evans Head taking care of employers and employees associated with the Pacific Highway Upgrade along with holiday letting in a busy coastal environment. He has a background in media, construction and landscaping which has given him the personality and fundamental skills to assist landlords and tenants. He hasn’t looked back since he commenced his career in real estate. Josh is well-versed in all relevant legislation and is solution-focused, hard-working and has a no-nonsense, down to earth approach which enables him to relate effectively with everyONE!
