When I decided recently to place my house at Sandy Beach (NSW) on the market, there was never any question about which real estate agent to contact. Joanne Vines has quite a reputation in the suburb, built up over many years. It is doubtful whether an advertising billboard on the wall of the local shop featuring her photo during the 90's is all that responsible; to me such credibility has much more to do with her professionalism and the willingness to go just that little bit further on behalf of her clients, the vendors. Ms Vines has certainly displayed these qualities in my case and consequently the property - not an "easy sell" by any means - sold in a matter of just three or four weeks. I wish her and her associates all success in the future.
